Based on all the information gathered by the Player Management Center modules, you can create loyalty programs customized to your customer base by using Comp Points, Casino Dollars and Status Levels.
Each loyalty program you create can be based on any combination of:
- Player buy ins
- Combined Volume
- Average bet amounts
- Theoretical win amount
Once a loyalty program has been created and a player has been issued a Member Card, he or she is automatically issued points and status levels which can be redeemed for gifts, prizes and cash-back.
