April 16, 2008 09:25 EST LA JOLLA GAMING ANNOUNCES HIRING OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Las Vegas, NV-based La Jolla Gaming, Inc. has hired Donald Tateishi as the Chief Financial Officer, effective March 13, 2008. Mr. Tateishi’s vast experience in the Gaming industry as a finance executive will be invaluable to La Jolla Gaming. Prior to joining La Jolla Gaming, Donald served as the CFO for Gametech International in Reno, NV, which is a leading gaming equipment manufacturer. In this role, he managed all SEC reporting and filing requirements including 10Ks, 10Qs, annual reports/proxies, and ownership filings. He has experience with Sarbanes Oxley, debt and equity financing, as well as investor relations including conducting presentations at investor conferences. Prior to Gametech, Donald also served in numerous finance roles at Harrah’s Entertainment, including most recently as Director of Finance for the Harrah’s Reno property. Donald began his career in the gaming industry as an Investigations Agent for the Nevada Gaming Control Board in 1994, and prior to that he worked in the commercial finance industry with both Foothill Capital and the CIT Group. Donald holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Duke University.
