La Jolla Gaming, Inc. signs Agreement with Centric Vision Technologies.

Las Vegas, NV-based La Jolla Gaming, Inc. has signed an Agreement with Mr. Rich Lehman and Centric Vision Technologies (”CVT”), a Las Vegas-based Gaming company.

Mr. Lehman has over 30 years of experience in the Casino industry, most recently as Vice President of Development with Navegante Group (www.navegantegroup.com), an International Casino development and management company founded by former MGM Chairman and CEO, Larry J. Woolf. His knowledge of Casino operations and technology have made Mr. Lehman a widely recognized expert in the industry.

CVT’s primary offering is to be a Server-Based Gaming package that includes a bundle of additional products, resulting in a total package currently unavailable in the industry. Several of LJG’s product lines will be included in this solution with each piece earning a per-day, per-terminal fee.

The terms of the Agreement, which was executed on April 15, 2008, include LJG receiving a 50% equity stake in CVT, in addition to Software License Fees that will be earned by LJG for its products that are to be distributed by CVT.
